My question maybe really 2 questions....
I installed a few plugins just to check them out and one of them (mosaic) is still an entry under blue button even though it is uninstalled. How/where can I edit so I get rid of this?
And that leads me to my second question: When installing several plugins which makes entries under blue button, can I edit this list somewhere to change order or remove entries to my own taste of order?

AFAIK it's defined in plugin itself where it appears - for 'blue button' it's:

where = PluginDescriptor.WHERE_EXTENSIONSMENU

and eg. for plugins list it's:

where = PluginDescriptor.WHERE_PLUGINMENU

etc., etc...
you can edit plugin.py yourself for certain plugin to add/remove it from the list, but I'm afraid it'll be overwritten during each online update /?/
