Does anyone know if a solution for DVB-T2 is on its way for the Dreambox 8000 ?

I have seen some "soon" mentions on certain sites for a new tuner module - but have not seen any official announcements...

I have been waiting age for news on T2 for my DM8000 - optional HD from terrestrial DVB would be very attractive.

I'm amazed that it is taklng so long for Dream (or someone else) to come up with a card for T2.

With some effort, someone could port the driver of the PCTV 290e USB stick to the old v4l tree used with kernel 2.6.18.
That stick is working like a charm on ET boxes with the new kernel 3.1.0.

This would instantly enable a DVB-T2 solution on all decoders supported by OpenPli.

I just asked for a DVB-T2 tuner from DMM a week ago and their reply was that they have no plans to make that at the moment.

I guess that if more people were asking for that tuner they might change their mind.

eny one knows driver for dvb t/t2 dreambox 7020hd   i bought one bat no scan channels .
