I have installed Open PLi on my genuine 800se and I haven't found a way to install my USB tuner. My tuner has an smsusb chip inside. I followed the instuctions of a friend and downloaded from Plugins/Green button the appropriate driver but the box still can't recognize the USB tuner at all.
Any help?

Please add some information about the tuner (vendor, product, ...)
Have you tested this tuner on a linux desktop system?
If the tuner is working on a linux box (eg. ubuntu desktop) there is a chance to get it running on a 800se or any other box with v4l-software.

I'm using a "Sundtek MediaTV Digital Home DBV-C" and a "Hauppauge WinTV Nova-TD DBT-T".
Both are working fine on my 800se.

The tuner is a Crypto Redi PC 100 (smsusb chip). A lot of other users said that is working fine in their Dream with Open PLi. I don't know if its working fine with the new version of enigma2. Anyone that uses the same chip maybe can provide us further info
