Exactly the same problem here. In both versions OpenPLi 2.1 and in OpenPLi 3.0.
I record my movies with additional 18 Minutes after the movie officially ends. After finishing the cuts, the final length listed by the system is simply wrong. It seems that all movies are cut correctly but there seems to be a problem with the algorithm that computes the final length. It seems that the part after a movie has finished is considered a valid part of it. That appears to be the problem. If I record a movie with only a very short trail, the problem is almost not noticeable.
It would be great if someone would solve this issue!
best regards!

I still have to update my box (I think it's from last april/may [running OpenPli2.1]), but when doing multiple cuts (leading/trailing edges and parts in the middle) and than use the option to replace the recording, I get similar symptoms. The progress display shows the status of the recording past the actual end and the total time & byte size indication is calculated false. I do not get crashes while marking/cutting/saving/playing. Hopefully in the weekend I can do an update to the current version and see what happens.
F.Y.I.: I am still using the ext3-filesystem, with about 20% of the disk capacity remaining (max. cap. =1TB).
Sorry for the possible topic-hijack, but don't I see any other topic about this issue so far.
