In the PLi image (DM500+ & DM500PVR) it's a command that I can't find any documentation on.
It's the http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/xml/services?mode=x&submode=x and "DVBLink for Dreambox" use it for get channel info from the Dreambox.

This: http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/xml/services?mode=0&submode=4 lists the bouquets on the Dreambox.

Is it any documentation for other parameters? And other WEB (HTTP) call's. If so - Where?

I can't find it in here (Webinterface Befehle).

The .cpp files in cdk/tuxbox/enigma/src. Check the files with the name "enigma....cpp".
Many answers to your question can be found in our wiki: http://openpli.org/wiki
