Most problems can be solved simply by a closer look.

yes, it's some kind of hddtemp Binary and hdd temp watcher integrated.

yes, i've noticed this files after unpacking the ipk - therefore my question.
But the answer, Dima, is a little bit mysterious again... :)

Yes :) .
The maximum temperature of the disk to turn the fan is set in the settings.
0-off.

Yes, it's for ET.
What exactly does not work?

The fan wont run on my box with this plugin the one attached works for me
