And new version - this time it is reacting also to service event changes:
- in the case of a live transmission - it reads channel name and event name
- in the case of file (recorded *.ts or any other video file and only video file)
I know it has its limitations - it is obvious. But you confirmed - there is no standard yet. So I think, taking this into account, it is better to have a workaround with all its consequences. :)

Hi maybe it's better to show a popup to confirm or cancel to switch to 3D mode.

There are not so much 3D channels and some

Hi can you maybe add an option to confirm. Say you come on a 3D channel and then you can activate 3D or deactivate 3D by pressing a button.

Luis67: if this one is working properly, so will be mine.
Carl: I am not sure that a popup could be very useful but I am going to implement something like that. I think it could be similar to Webbrowser solution - a simple text displayed in the top part of the screen for several seconds informing: Press the red button to activate 3D mode. - to be set on / off in plugin configuration screen.
I hope my changes can be integrated with OpenPli image. Otherwise I will prepare a full stand-alone plugin as an ipk installer.

Red button does not activate OSD3DSetup (at least yet :) ).
Firstly you have to replace file /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/SystemPlugins/OSD3DSetup/plugin.py with this one from post #26. Then it is very important to restart Enigma. Next you have to choose plugin menu (for example Menu | Plugins), then you choose OSD3DSetup. Plugin configuration screen will be shown up. If you want to have quick command in extensions selection menu or main menu you have to select the option "Show in menu" and choose the option suitable for you. Then you close the screen by pressing ok (green button):
3D mode = Auto is a little bit confusing but I am not sure I should change it. It was a setting available in the oryginal plugin. Taking into account the discussion it is not working, so perhaps it should be removed (at least temporarily).

You can not paste images.

When in the post editor, click op "More Reply Options" button, next to the "Post" button. There you will have options to attach files.

The board will autodetect images and display them as such...

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

Many answers to your question can be found in our new and improved wiki.

So you have firstly to install it. Choose Download Plugins and then look for it in system plugins section. Then install OSD3DSetup and after that replace the file as described previously.
