Hello First happy new Year.

Included with this mail git patch for softcams.

The stapi is not needed for the boxes we use they are all dvbapi.
That's why I changed the stapi= 1 into 0
Now it does compile again the latest oscam revisions.

Just one remark, If there is one off the boxes who needs the stapi, Let it know. I now found the missing libs and the way how to compile again with stapi=1 with my own tools. Then I will
try to find out the best way for implementation in openpli git.
