Given the loss of the vuplus-community server is there a backup available for Black Hole users using ext_dat or is there a way to use XMLTV with BH?

This is the PLi board... I do not know if it is possible to use xmltv with BH?

Hi,
Please install OpenPli and go to Applications then green button for downloads and go to extensions and choose xmltv-import.
the how to is also available here and believe me, you will have no regrets of it.
If the Vuplus-community will end their support of their BH image I will also have to end the epg.dat creations of the files because it's not needed anymore.
I only create them for their image.

Well, I have got a message from one of the big guys there and he kicked my ass 
Now I know too that they will be back
But I also asked them to inform me if they plan maintenances for a long time so I can be prepared to create workarounds.

rytec, how to turn a. xml to .dat for blackhole? we are in Brazil and here we have .xml but no .dat is possible do this in windows?
