Manually changed bcm7405.ko and it seems after reboot all works normaly on my 800se.

Edit: builded and flashed new image with today's commited latest 16.2. drivers and it seems, boot and work well.

- fixed overflow on aspect ratio calculation
this fixes possible wrong scaled content
- fixed scale factor calculation for dm800
i.e. fixes wrong scaled IPTV services
- fixed non transparent framebuffer after bootup
this fixes not visible bootlogo before e2 starts on dm800
