what an image, the very best image I have seen, I am trying ti install opencam 1.16 but having a hard time locating the correct folders ie: script, & uninstall &config Is there a tar file available or could someone point me I the right direction?? use the software download menu under the blue button

I am using dial up when I do that it says I have no internet connection or server is down there is no high speed available in my area, so I am at a loss?? I think I have to everything manually Thanks for quick reply?

how did you download your image then?

its 6Mb, the plugins are only a few 100k

It took me about 5 hours I have yet to get the dreambox to connect to the internet (maybe its possible but I dont know how

download latest software menu
and use the links from var/etc/software.xml

And the tarballs you'll see in the URLs can be installed using "Manual install". I don't have any experience with dail-up, but it looks to me once you've a connection, direct downloads from the blue button should work too.

thank you both I will try again, but when I was using flubber I had to use dcc to load opencam I will let you know

you never have to use dcc

just download it from our software management and upload your own config file to the box
