Today I tried to install (plugin-> green button-> softcam) scam 3.60. After the installation I got the following message and do not know if it was installed:

Installing ennigma2-plugin-softcam-scam (3.60) to root
collecter errors:
* ceck_data_file_clashes: package enigma2-pligin-softcams-scam wants you install / etc / init.d / softcam.scam
But The File Is Already package provided by
enigma2-plugin-softcams-older-scam
* opkg_install_cmd: can not install package enigma2-pluging-softcam-scam

Can anyone help me make a proper installation.

You have probably the package older-scam installed, after you remove this one (menu->plugins->red button->softcams->older-scam->OK) you are able to install the 3.60 version

because the menu menu-> plugins-> red button-> softcams) and I find myself scam3.59 scam3.60?
2 -. why is not created in var / etc the file scam.cfg?

scam uses 2 files in

var/bin & var/script

Scam doesn't need any config to work properly with most cards.
Only for advanced options would you create a scam.cfg.
So the default installation installs only the scam program and a script to start/stop the softcam.
