You can find in the original skin.xml the army license.
The adaption and redistribution are not allowed.
The modifications are allowed only for personal use and not to be redistributed.
This is because Army is tired of ppl that make bad work and redistributed bad working skins to force to use with other images.
This is for all the Army skins.
I think that if Pli team ask to Army to adapt a skin for its image he can do but the license don't agree these kind of unverifyed adaptions and redistribution.

We did not adapt the skin... the IPK was offered by MarcinO and sorry we cannot screen each license and possible licences.
I suggest MarcinO should have been asked Army.
From tomorrow it is gone from our feeds!!!
And sorry - we do not adapt skins with with limited non GPL licenses...
