First, why do you have two digits on the SNR? This is never perfect as it is...

We need to now how you USB stick is precenting the dBs.... then in frontend.cpp the conversion could be made.....

its said that italysat team fix the issue on OE 2.0 and based with openpli 3.0 then should works usb dtt on openpli 3.0 ?

I get no signal recognition win nova T. hauppauge module dib. dvb-usb dib0700
feed the install from the server but nothing dib7000, recognizes no problem.

but 0.0dB SNR and 0% signal.

Here no problem with Nova-T in an ET box.... but during scanning did you select the correct region in the tuner configuration?

I tried all the regions to rule out problems.
with on-off activation 5v antenna.

automatic search->channels not found.

all without success.

I've never seenSNR of DTT.always 0%

There is a problem with aspect ratio of DVB-T chanels.

Aspect ratio is always 16:9, even if actually it is 4:3 in a DVB-stream.

It leads to the wrong scaling of the picture.

No there is not. Your provider has a problem instead.

 

 

Aspect ratio in DVB-stream is correct. 

For "01 Первый канал" - 16:9, for "05 Пятый канал" - 3:4.

This is a generic VU+ issue... I also hear many complains from other users with other models regarding this issue on VU+
