I have a problem with latest image from Openpli (DM800SE) with HD Glass 16 v.4.35. It work, but when i will change screen and icon in menu and reboot so it doesn´t change and stuck to same configuration as before. Do some here know how it can fix so i have possible to change to another screen/icon?

i tried find a topic in this forum, but it will not give me some answer so i will start a new togic.

I asked the same question in the Dutch Forum.
And they say:from v. 4.33 there are not rewriting system files standardly. There is added option in setup of skin for it (Activate/Deactivate) , but default is off.
But i dont understand it.
I do not see a option in the setup?

Do not activate that option below in the list because that's the system file that would be changed if you activate it ,which you don't want because of green screen.
That's also the reason why OpenPli wouldn't take the skin in the feed.

And wouldn't give any support on the skin.
And they are right about that until the skin is proven to be optimal and free of changing system files (which looks like it).

Shamann told me,what i wrote there. For modify must be enabled it in setup of skin. Standardly it is disabled. I am not using this skin.

But it has nothing to do with screenselection?
I can change screens only i have no previews.

Must say that i installed version 4.33 and upgraded trough menu to 4.35

HMMMMM! It sound strange for me because i have Openpli with Enigma 2012-03-12 now and it work very great for me with HD Glass 16 in all versions! But after 2012-03-12, it will start problem with HD Glass in Openpli. I has used to eariler version of Openpli and it worked great too. Can some here explain?

Because there where some changes in some systemfiles of OpenPli which Glass hd modified for the skin.
After the change, Glass hd had the wrong systemfile and crashed in the movieplayer.
Because of this change i asked the creator of the skin to take a look at this and he changed his skin to be compatible with OpenPli.
But when you enable the last menu option "enable patched Virtualkeyboard" all goes wrong again,so don't do that.

Thank you for reply. I understand now why it would not work the way I want so I may stay on the earlier version of Openpli when HD Glass works best. I like this skin a lot so I have difficulty using other skins. I hope it resolves itself soon and thanks for the tip on "enable Patched VirtualKeyboard". I have no need of it so it's no problem.

I can confirm that screen change is not working, it always restart with the same default screen after trying to select different screens. I reported this problem to shamann, he tested the skin on PLi image but cannot create the problem.

The ipk is not in the right format for PLi... it should be enigma2-extension-skins-... Not only the name it self but also the name inside the package,,,
And there are also options inside (as far I can observe) that might patch files as before....

Yes, all this points are true!
I uploaded it after a short test, noticing that (till now!) there are no crashes or other problems.
