I am searching to find some info about LNB priorities in tuner settings, how they work and what are they usefull for. The only reference I found is this text in enigma2 changelog 3+ years ago:
add possibility to set manual lnb priority (only in advanced sat config)
range 0..64 to decrease priorities (this is lower as all auto given priorities)
range 14000..14064 this is higher than auto given rotor priorities
range 19000..19064 this is higher than each auto given priorities

Is there a way to define multiple LNBs for same satellite position? For example. I have one T90 and one motorized dish with diseqc 1.2 positioner and actuator. Some positions can be received by both T90 and motorized dish. If it would be possible to define two LNBs for same position, then priority makes sense.

I thought enigma was smart enough to figure out the fixed setup should have priority over the rotor setup?

LNB priority does not appear to do anything!

Are you referring to the priority setting in the LNB setup screen? I believe that sets a DiSeqC parameter, afaik it has nothing to do with the selection process. You can always prioritorise a tuner from the menu->settings-> custom setting?

I was referring to the priority settings in the LNB setup screen. I took a look in the code and I think it is only used to select tuner. For example. if you have tuner A to have highest priority, then you can override this setting by selecting higher priority for an LNB of tuner B. This doesn't really help in my setup.

Protocol DiSeqC 1.0 or 1.1 will have priority over protocol 1.2.
You can change this in the Menu/System/Gustomize- "Expert" - the preferred tuner.
This works 100%.
I even wrote a plugin for troubled services at the tuner B (SR 30000).
The basic idea was to just plug in the preferred tuner.

What is the name of that plugin and where to find it?
Is it applicable if you have e.g. 6 LNBs?
