Hi All,

I would like to bring to your attention today update creat conflict with Fancontrol Plugin, however it gives green screen and looping restart,

I hope Pli team consider this issue and solve it soonest possiple..

Could you add here crash.log ? I am using Fancontrol plugin on my 800SE and all work well.

Hi My friend, its attached,

Waiting to advise me soonest possible, however whenever i delete Fancontrol folder from Plugins, the device booting normal without any crashes..

You are using Fancontrol2, not Fancontrol.

Is not called startIdle() => Harddisk instance has no attribute 'is_sleeping'

However since i install OpenPLi since long time till yesterday this plugin work fine exept today after online update ...

Any solutions ??

This plugin is really terrible, it seems to be taking over harddisc sleep timer functionality, by poking directly into the Harddisk objects.

Workaround in place, see what it'll crash on next...

Thank you my friend for your consideration, as I wish for you can fix this bug shortely, however this issue just appear since 2 days only and work fine since long time.

Moreover, I advise to trace the updated file then it is easly to find out the files that need to fix..

Anyways, i will try to update my device today and re-install the " Fancontrol 2 plugin " and advise you with any improvements..

After I had updated the my device today, the image work fine with Fancontrol 2 plugin without any crashes..

I have had the same crashes using Fancontrol2 v.2.6 from the openpli feed.
After using the current version v2.6r2 from dreamboxupdate.com the crashes have disappeared.

shell commands:
opkg remove enigma2-plugin-extensions-fancontrol2
opkg install http://sources.dream...7-r0_dm8000.ipk
