I can confirm now that the problem is good in the version 3.0 and not in the version 2.2
The version 2.2 looks automatically /etc/ttyUSB0,1 and 2
Later it is enough to put its config in oscam and everything works impeccably
Example :
[reader]
label = smargo3-srg
protocol = mouse
device = /dev/ttyUSB2
smargopatch = 1
caid = 0500
detect = cd
mhz = 357
cardmhz = 357
ident = 0500:040810,040820,040830
group = 1
emmcache = 1,3,2
But after 2 days i can confirm it's impossible have ttyUSB with 3.0 ( with triple-reader argolis )
Ps : the rules 31-triplereader.rules is not necessary , just install the drivers com2usb

I try a new installation today with last openpli-3.0 , but there is always exactly same problem
Any /dev/ttyUSB are create and the triple reader smargo can't be use
The driver usbtoserial is installed , the libusb too
I can confirm on the version 2.2 it's working like a charm and the triple reader is a very good smartreader

weird, so the /dev/ttyUSB nodes are created, but you cannot use them?
Any error messages, which might indicate what goes wrong?

What do you mean with 'version 2.2'?

No , i see no error , just /dev/ttyUSB0 to /dev/ttyUSB2 are missing and i can't use the argolis
I'm sorry for mistake : it's not version 2.2 but 2.1 ; i give you as info when i configure exactly the same but on Openpli beta 2.1 on VU+Uno it's working like a charm ; this problem is only with OpenPLI 3.0
Sorry for bad english , i hope you understand

Original card? Remove the serial number...
Why did you kill EMMs?
Tried newer CCcam?

Hi all,
I have tried some configurations with linux distributions (ubuntu and centos) with oscam.
Oscam was configured with a very cheap pcsc smartcard reader and I had optimal results (about 100ms of ECM).
My old pcsc smartcard reader is dead and the reseller suggest me to improve performance using a dedicate device like the smartreader+.
This is the beginning of a lot of problems !
The utilities that are used in smartreader+ are unusable in triple reader and I can't configure correctly the device.
With smartreader protocol, the device is not recognized.
With serial protocol, ATR is truncated, so the card isn't recognized correctly.
With smargo protocol, it works but ECM are unacceptable (about 265ms).
How can improve ECM time of about 100-120ms obtained with a very cheap pcsc smartcard reader?
This is my oscam.server configuration:
[reader]
label = smargo-0
protocol = smargo
device = /dev/ttyUSB0
device_out_endpoint = 0x81
smargopatch = 1
boxid = xxxxxx
detect = cd
mhz = 600
cardmhz = 357
thanks in advance
