Plugin to edit order or delay in startup

I have problem getting mgcamd start up when i unplug and reboot the dm500s latest PLI.

I think the cam is starting to early. I have not the knowledge to edit files and put in delay, infact i cant even
find the files to do it.

Is it possible to run a crond after boot with task to restart mgcamd?
