Just what it says: login to the box, and type the command on the commandline.

Thanks, my friend, it's already done.

You can just remove that line from your config?

Was waiting for users with these OpenVPN version compatibility issues, I knew they would arise.

Time for an OpenVPN update? :P

Time to stop using VPN's from your box? ;)

We can't help it that the server has disabled TLS 1.0, while there is no reason to do so yet. Even PCI compliance doesn't require it until the middle of this year, and that is for highly secure websites.

It will be upgraded with the next major release of OpenPLi, when we switch from Yocto Morty (which has 2.3.2) to Yocto Rocko (which currently has 2.4.3). We prefer not to backport, it's work we don't have the people for.

And for those who want to use OpenVPN via your box... read here how to create the required keys and configs...

https://community.op...y_Windows_Guide

On the box the keys and configs need to be copied to /etc/openvpn

Instead of the .opvn file you create a server.conf file...

It's not PLi's duty to upgrade OpenVPN! OE upgrade will do it and if you really need it try grab it from recent OEs or create your own recipe for it.

Normal users and even some developers like me won't give (!) about some packages like OpenVPN ;)

Please focus gentlemen. The current OpenPLi OpenVPN version is fine and also secure (if used with the proper ciphers). If your "server" pushes you a config that you can't handle that is not really OpenPLi's problem.
