Hi all!

I have tried now many times to get my Hauppage Nova USB-T-stick working but nothing helps ;(

I've tried newest image but I cannot get it working... If someone could help me I appreciate it a lot because I really love OpenPli image!!

Oh.. sorry I have DM 800 HD.

Anyway I managed to get it working with:

Are we talking about a NOVA-t USB DVBt tuner?
After installing the following packages this tuner runs on my 800se:

Maybe there is a conflict with usbtuner_0.7.3_all.ipk , so remove it before installing usbtunerhelper!
When installed
1. reboot the box
2. check if usbtunerhelper is running
3. check if tuner is listed in "cat /proc/bus/nim_sockets"
4. check if tuner is visible in the tuner setup
5. change the tuner using dvb-t in the right region
6. scan channels

you should not run usbtunerhelper.
Just a reboot after installing the drivers, that should be all.

Sorry another question there are deverse dvb-t you think that you have to have?

DM 800 Nova will work only if the DCC Telnet to manually enter all the rows one by one...

it's must faster to throw it to the bin then buy for less than 20€ an excellent tuner with RTL 2832 like the Twintech UT30 or 40....
The Nova stick chipset is rather old and weaks with HD chanels in poor antenna signal condition....

Hello I installed the new OpenPLi and I installed all the packages you've told me, the problem remained when I change the channel and the channel has no signal, the DM800 is locked and I can not do anything.

Drivers (and other components) are compiled when the image is compiled. We haven't created that image, so we don't have a driver.
