When I start a manual search in DVB-C tuner says: Nothing to search please configure tuner...
but all settings are OK.
I am using latest OpenPLi-2.1-beta-dm8000-20120516.nfi
This has not been a problem in earlier img.

Yes I think so (about 4 weeks ago).
It is only when I choose DVB-C, manual search, and choose completely search. Nothing to search comes up.

I can still scan a single transponder if I have the right transponder data.

You can use cable scan if you have the right input data. Otherwise you are in trouble. Thats the problem.

anyway, should be fixed in 3.0.
I don't think we'll put effort in fixing it in 2.1

BA as in Barry Allen multiboot?
Then you will be disappointed, we do not support any kind of multiboot.

@Roodkapke
Just question m8..What is reason for you not support multiboot? Is any problem with openpli enigma2 as like crash or similar?
Anyway we waiting 3.0, when you releas it?
Thank you advance..

What is reason for you not support multiboot?

As the image is running partly on the basis image.... so never 100% compatible... that may lead to unpredictable issues.

And worse yet.
Anyone can put anything in as base image.
So were unable to debug.
We therefore only support if the image, in this case OpenPLi, is in the flash.
The development of OpenPLi is much deeper then some plugin or skin.
We modify almost anything to get a better image.
Openpli will for example most certainly not run on a base image from DMM.
You will get random crashes and an unstable system.

but to answer your question, loop support will no longer be an external module in the next release.

littlesat, Roodkapke and pieterg thank you very much. And i know you do great hard work for openpli images. And i'm one of more people love your's images. But also some times want to check other images and tired to flash box every time with new image just for check it and return back again to openpli, So BA plugin is useful to us for check other images.

Anyway thank you for every thinks.. and can you give me date for new release 3.0?

You don't have to use BA, mixing & matching kernels, drivers, & images, in order to run multiple images on the DB. You can run complete images from USB or the network.

How To Boot The Dm800 From A USB Stick for example...

Work in progress, there is no "release date" yet.
It could be days or weeks, everything needs to be checked.
