Time to boycot 'Cool TV Guide'

So far I followed Andy had previous code. Maybe he want to make the code public and same as openwebif use community to improve it.

Forgive me if i am wrong and if i am then please do correct me, But why not use the ViX EPG ? as the ViX GIT is open for others to use in the same way as the PLI one is i would assume you could use that or as you say maybe andy and the pli team could collaborate ?.

Please note the standard graphical EPG which is standard in OpenPLi is also good.... probably someone can help us to improve that so nobody needs a pay plugin...

Well, let's be honest: making money out of a hobby is quite an inventive approach! Normally a hobby only costs money (and time and energy).
But if it's going to work?
Anyway: in my opinion we should stay away from payware in an 'open' environment as we do.

VIX code is open and the EPG code is integrated in their enigma if I'm right.

I discussed the openwebif example with coolman and explained to him he would get much more exposure if he put his code on github for example. Then everybody can see what HE created so it would be obvious when others 'steal' his code.
But apparently he took a different road.
