Hi guys, i've been searching for 2 days for an answer to my current problem, was wondering if someone on this site can help me. My DM 500-s wen off or all channels are off, i was told that maybe the EMU is turned off, how do i get into the place to turn it on? Any suggestions and help is welcome. Thanks in advance.

You can't watch anything anymore? Do FTA channels still work?
If so, your smartcard still ok? You can find the softcam menu in the setup, you can see what is installed, you can also restart it from there.
