Infobar us usualy OK button.... Why do you need it on the INFO button?
But it could also be that some other plugin is overruling MQB.....

In E1.. when I press the INFO button for a long time, I got a few options. Selecting one like channel EPG.. told the INFO button that it should open the channel EPG the next time I select the INFO buton.
In E2 pressing the INFO button a long time.. gives me these options to, but it will not save the selection I've made.
I am not sure if this option is broken in E2, and maybe you have a saved selection with is now turned back into the default mode EPG of the current transmission.

but under E2 is long Info used as next "extended menu" (WHERE_EVENTINFO), not as select one of several EPG type.
I think, it is not good idea change it... ( there is Autotimer, searchEPG, Partnerbox etc...)

With blue botton -or- directly go to there this should also be possible.... But in that dropdown we could also use a red/green/yellow/red button to select an option as default... (but then still MQB could be used as work-a-round)
