OpenPLi 3.0: from alpha to beta status....

From latests days we consider our OpenPLi 3.0 builds mature enough to be Beta image ;)

Have fun using them!

if you are still on OpenPLi 2.0 or 2.1 you need flash your box.
You can use the plugin "autobackup" to help you out.

on the Glassfibre 1GB DVB-C...

there is no pli 3.0 there they are all 2.1.

All boxes have a OpenPLi 3.0 version, except the DM800 (not SE) and the DM7025. As far as DMM is concerned they are end-of-life, no new kernel drivers have been released for these boxes.

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

Many answers to your question can be found in our new and improved wiki.

Pli 3.0 dont work great for me (dm7020hd) back to 2.1. The pli 2.1 will no longer be updated? SO many bugs in 3.0!

Two dvbs2 tuners dont works great.

will you keep on the daily 2.1 builds for the other dmm receivers?
it isnt stable enough because of the dmm dumbness.

2.1 is totaly fine, but there's no builds since sep. 14th.

with op3.0 on dm500hd, for eg, enigma2 restarts without a clue (no crashlog), thats one of many bugs caused by dodgy dmm drivers.

we stopped building 2.1 as we are finally over at 3.0
maybe we build a final 2.1 beta image in a few days or weeks

can you make a log as you run enigma2 via telnet?

I have already sent so far received no reply, however a friend of mine sent r also received the answer that would be right back to O.E1.6 to have good image again. The following example image perforated in 43W.
