Which Windows version have you? I have Windows 7 and I don't found any ext3/4 reader which runs well.

I shall try it later, I've solved my problem with installing Linux on another PC hard disk. Then when I need it, I boot on this disk.

In fact, I backup or move movies on other disks and I could see it was eight times quicker on Linux system than on Windows system. Then to move several giga bytes or tera bytes, it's very very interesting ;) .

if you only want to read movies from ext3/4 harddisc in windows it's enough to use DiskInternals Linux Reader
