How to install python-lxml on PLi 3.0?
Maybe someone has a complete package?
It is very necessary to create a new plugin :) .

The request to the developer.
Add these packages to feed, everything works fine.

Just publish your plugin. If it depends on python-lxml, that will automatically be placed in the feed too.

I made a plugin that would expand the capabilities of the standard video list for openPLi.

I meant, put it on github or something similar. If the build host builds it, it will take care of it. Posting binaries on the forum means more work for yourself and much more work for us.

Hi,
Tried to install it on DM500HD, but it failed:

root@dm500hd:~# opkg install /tmp/libxslt-bin_1.1.26-r7_mips32el.ipk
Unknown package 'libxslt-bin'.
Collected errors:
* pkg_hash_fetch_best_installation_candidate: Packages for libxslt-bin found, but incompatible with the architectures configured
* opkg_install_cmd: Cannot install package libxslt-bin.

lxml is required by the BBC iPlayer from Vix image which seems to be a much improved version of the one developed by Digidude.
Also missing is dns-resolver.

Any help with these packages appreciated. I want to stay with OpenPli images.
DM600, DM800HD, DM7025, DM500S HD. DM800HDse, 90cm multi-bracket dish: 13E, 19.2E, 23.5E, 28.2E. Runnign OpenPli where I can and loving it!
