i didnt find any option and I am not sure clone or original My friend gave me as a gift.What do you mean "no luck"? Didn't you find it there or didn't you manage to install it?
You can also try and find it under packet management option.
Do you perhaps have a clone box?
Can you tell me how to tell diffence?

Sorry i found a way to do it.
This is how....
opkg install --force-removal-of-dependent-packages /tmp/enigma2-plugin-softcams-mgcamd_1.38-r1_mips32el.ipk
Now it works great
Thanks for the helpit's work in OpenPli 4.0 if i want to remove mgcamd_1.38_mips32el.pk
wicard is function, but in emicropanel in unistaller i see written mgcamd???

Chances are that mgcamd is now so old that no trick going to get it running again.
Which imho is a good thing, as there is no reason to use it. afaik there is nothing mgcamd can do that OScam can't.
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

can someone still decrypting swiss srf chs on hotbird using patched mgcamd-srf for openpli? even installed allrequired files libcrypto & libcrypto-compat , softcam.keys & mg.cfg & cam is running but not openinig swiss chs anymore , tested on both openpli4 & openpli-6-rc & patched mgcamd not opening srf swiss chs with emu keys
