Connect in telnet or ftp and check the content of the file /etc/enigma2/settings I guess that you will find there something related to arabic there, delete it and reboot your box.

In etc/enigma2/settings search foor this: config.osd.language=nl_NL ( Here is Dutch)
Remove this whole line en restart E2, the language will be English again
But before changing the file do an "init 4"
