Had some issues with connecting a DM800 to a DM7020HD to see its HDD. Worked OK in Win 7 but the DM800 could not mount the DM7020HD HDD. Vice versa was OK.
I thought I would uninstall SAMBA and reinstall. Not so easy. I had to re-flash image to get back to where I was.
I first uninstalled SAMBA via telnet and the re-installed via telnet. Samba was not working.
Then went to DM7020HD Packet Manager and tried to install from the Software Manager Plugin. Did not work.
Had to re-flash entire image to get back to where I started.
A couple of questions I have and that is very confusing is:
In Packet Manager SAMBA 3.0.37-R6 is listed 5 times. Which one is the correct one to reinstall for DM7020HD OpenPLi 3.0??
What are the steps to get SAMBA up and running if it is once uninstalled without reflashing image?

Found original problem.
In DM800 Mount Manager I used spaces in the Share Name. I changed to underscores "_" and DM800 could now mount the HDD of the DM7020HD.
There still is the issue of how to easily re-install Samba on an OpenPLi 3.0 DM7020HD box but I re-flashed so my issue is solved.
