I have a strange problem, and it is an ongoing problem i have had on all the images i have tried.

The problem is only on my DM500, and not at all on my DM7025... (I know the firmware is completely different on those two, so this was just info)

The problem:
WHEN i go to Eurosport on 1W the DM500 switch to Swedish language, and when i try to switch it to Danish it switch for a secound and then go back to swedish.
I can try to switch language to danish 20-30 times before the reciver accept the change and stay on Danish.

When it is on Danish i have tried to restart enigma, and also reboot the reciver, to try and save the "settings", but the result is allways the same.
- when i go to eurosport it always select swedish.


In settings i have Danish selected as first language, then English, then Norway and at last Swedish...
In there i have tried many different settings, but this don´t seem to have any effect...

Can anyone figure out what i can do ??

It is the ONLY channel i have the problem on...

Can i set something up in a file inside the filesystem instead perhaps??

select Prefered stored by service to yes. When providers do not transmit correct language codes this is the solution.

I can´t find that any place in the box ?!?

I have Setup->User interface settings->Preferred audio languages set to:
1. Danish
2. English
3. Norway
4. Swedish

Pleace, how do i change to "yes" as you describe ??
(I can´t find anything like that in my DM500)

menu->setup->auto language selection->prefer audio stream stored by service->yes

Nothing stored (yet) = auto.... once something is stored (even when it went auto in the past!!!)-> stored.

hmmm...

I have nothing like that in a DM500 ??

In "setup" i have:
Bouqutes
Satellites and transponders
System settings
Hardware settings
User interface settings
Softcam setup
Software management

And i can´t seem to find anything like "prefer audio stream..." in any of those ??

It is a DM500 Enigma 1 box i use...

OK... it is on a non Enigma2 box... I was thinking you meant DM500HD (why is DMM using same numbers???)

The "Preferred audio languages" is indeed the menu you need. It "should" work fine and it does work fine except for the channel you mention. I don't have a clear answer, but I expect the problem is at Eurosport.
