I usually forget my android phone in silent mode when I am back to home. I misses, then, many calls. So I implemented an android application that interacts with an enigma 1 ou 2 based STB to dispaly a message on the TV to notify that the phone is ringing or a message comes.
This application is attached. To run it :
1-the receiver should be connected to the local home network
2-the webif or (Openwebif) should be enabled
3-the application parameters should be setted through the settings dialog box then we click on 'save' button followed by the 'run' button (in the main application menu)

How to install?

Just download it into your android phone and click on install from the phone menu. Then :
1-Run the application
2-Click on Settings amd fill the settings form : your first firstname, the STB IP addresse and the port number of the webif (please be sure that it is enabled on your box), your stb login/password, if you like or not that the caller name appear in you TV screen when he calls and finally the STB OS based (Enigna1 or Enigma 2)
3-Click on save of the settings dialog
4-Click Run in the main menu of the application
5-Be sure that your phone is connected to the wifi home network
6-Call your phone or send and sms to your phone from any other phone and you will see a notification in your TV screen

IF every thing is Ok you get this message on your TV screen (Openpli 2.0 runs on Ubuntu 12.10 64 bits) when an entring call comes to your phone :

I installed on my htc one v by when I go to app its telling me please use the meny button to config but where is the menu button???

Doesnt work for me with et5000 (PLi 3.0) and Samsung Galaxy i9000 (Cianogen 4.1.2).I made settind,run app,but nothing?

Please be sure that the IP adress end the webif port are correct. Be sure that your webif is enabled and that you are connected to the wifi of your home!

yep,its correct...and phone is connected to wifi.my box is 192.168.0.120,port is 80,user and pass are correct,webint is enable,I can enter from my laptop...

I will share it if there is many peoples interesting to. In the To do list : port it to iphone and windows mobile and add some other events notification such as calender events.

oops,now is ok,i see on my tv :hello.but if I call my phone,nothing appear on tv....

Please check that the enigma 2 based radio button is well selected on the settings dialog box ?? If all parameters are set correctly then the application should run. Please disable the authentication on your webif settings and call again your phone.
