Hi,
Since I'm on OpenPLi 3.0 I have problems when playing mkv's from my nas with media player.
After a while, reading freeze, then enigmarestarts itself. Once rebooted there is no more sound. I have to reboot the box again to restore the sound.
There are no available crashlog.
With OpenPli 2.1 no problem.
What can I do?

I'm sorry but no crashlog on my hard drive, no green screen, just restart enigma (not the box completely). There is an option that disables crashlog? Or is created elsewhere than on the hard disk?

I see you play with mediaplayer.... but wat if you play with normal movieplayer???
When there is no green screen or crashlog then you could start enigma2 manualy (init 4, enigma2).... en see what happens...

This is the mediaplayer plugin installed OpenPLi. I have not found movieplayer in the list of available plugins. where can I find it?

Movieplayer is the same thing as you play normal recordings with... In fact mediaplayer is not required.

Ok I see now, to be honest I used also mediaplayer for read my recordings. I will try movieplayer and I would make a report. Thank you.

I have same problem with Flac files... no crashlog is writen... if you execute this command : "init 4, enigma2" in the command line... you will see plenty of debug information in the terminal... and If you manage to reproduce the crash , youll have the log

Same for me, no problem with OpenPli 2.1.
with OpenPli 2.1. it works , but it will crash after few songs.... at least for me..

Difficult for me to confirm, I do not read songs on my box, just movies in mkv. What I can say is that in Pli3.0 my box freeze for each mkv I read and with Pli2.1 I never had this problem...

I tested with movieplayer. the crash has not happened during playback but when I left movieplayer.
