Thanks, we now have the EPG for all channels. Your update is good.

Still have my problem with comedie and jimmy, but I'll do with it.

What are the servicecodes for Jimmy and Comédie ? if I can compare them with the ones in the list then we can sort things out, maybe we have to grab other data for these two channels

So here are the channels I got the wrong EPG :

- Comedie+ (1:0:1:1FDE:434:1:C00000:0:0:0) as the same EPG as SyFy (1:0:1:21FF:44C:1:C00000:0:0:0)
- jimmy (1:0:1:21FE:44C:1:C00000:0:0:0) as the same EPG as TF6 (1:0:1:251D:456:1:C00000:0:0:0)

Jimmy is OK since you update the rytec.channels.xml, now I only have the problem with comedie+ (see EPG screen shoot attached).

I've just realized I made a mistake with the wrong EPG channels  :

- Comedie+ (1:0:1:1FDE:434:1:C00000:0:0:0) as the same EPG as SyFy (1:0:1:21FF:44C:1:C00000:0:0:0)
- 13eme rue (1:0:1:1F46:42E:1:C00000:0:0:0) as the same EPG as jimmy(1:0:1:21FE:44C:1:C00000:0:0:0)

They are on 2 different pages in the EPG list, and I confuses 13eme rue and TF6...

That's great, I'm really happy that it's ok for you... I've the problem since I bought my DUO, and I've tried a lot of image (BH, BP, pod...), that's always the same for those 2 channels.

I've just install a brand new clean opli 3.0 on my duo, and still have the problem with "13eme rue" and "comedie+"

Laurant

In the csat cable section we have the following:

1:0:1:1f46:42e:1:ffff0122:0:0:0:

The 13rue link is

1:0:1:1f46:42e:1:c00000:0:0:0:

The only difference is the namespace: ffff0122 instead of: c00000
Now I know that some images (and crossepg) have problems with the namespace.

But you installed OpenPli and there you should not have the problem. But did you also delete the epg.dat file before you installed the new image?
Because if you did not delete this, the new image would just have read the old info.

In order to delete the epg.dat file you have to to enigma. In a telnet session type in:

init 4
rm /media/hdd/epg.dat
init 3

and now check if all epg has gone.
Perform a new import.

No !!! I didn't erase the epg.dat.

I'll dot it when I'll be at home this afertnoon, and give you a feedback.

Before installing the Opli v3.0 yesterday, I had a PodHD Opli based... do you know if there is a big difference ? I've got excactly the same thing on both images, except some plugin that were include in pod (hypercam, quickbutton...). But every time I tried an different OS on my Duo, I forgot to erase the epg.dat

By the way, thanks for your time and your help ;)

pcrwr, as Willy said it and I wrote it on my Canal Sat Problem thread, I noticed a few months ago CrossEPG did mistakes. I don't remember exactly which channels got problems, but there was Canal Jimmy. And if the EPG was good with standard EPG, it was false with CrossEPG : Canal Jimmy had the same EPG than another channel, or the opposite, I don't remember ;) .

In my memory, there are 2 plugins xmltv----- to import the EPG. One of them is EPG Import. I'll verify the names this evening.

Thanks for your help.

I've installed a plugin named "xmltvimport" with another plugin "xmltvimport-rytec" (EPGimport) and everthing is OK in the EPG now.

just have to solve some problem with the mnt part that has changed from the pod version...

yes, I'm very happy now !

just a question about EPGImport, where is the epg.dat file ? I've got one on my USB key, but it's only 0.15Kb ! I made a new scan tonight, but the file is still small, and doesn't have the good time. I made a find on all the FS, and nothing else found.

The epg.dat file is only created when you shut down (or restart enigma).
It is only used to store the data (and reload it) upon a system restart.
Normaly the file is stored on the HDD.

As I explain you on the "Home-Cinema" forum, with EPGImport, the EPG file is in the memory and only stored on the hard disk when you restart the system. We can only choice the location of this file with CrossEPG. And I think EPGImport is xmltvimport :) .

Long time ago it was called with an alias as EPGimport but since Pli has rebuild the plugin it's called xmltvimport
