You will need few packages to enable DTS on OpenPLI 3. First of all, install in following order:
1. enigma2-plugin-extensions-genuinedreambox_3.999+git4505+47407c6-r1_mips32el.ipk
2. gst-plugin-dvbmediasink_0.10+git119+1bc9f47-r5_mips32el.ipk (install with force-overwrite switch)
3. libdlsym0_0.0.1+git5+235cb09-r0_mips32el.ipk
4. libdca0_0.0.5-5-r1-opt1_mips32el.ipk
5. dreamdts_1.0-r15_mips32el.ipk
