Give a bit more information pls.
Like import log. Package used, image and so on.
But first you could try restarting your box, and do a manual import.

hi useing blackhole image sim201-bl76c-dreamelitebh-dm800-133d-mfaraj-nfi and rytec uk epg built in tyed to look how to do manual but got lost in dcc as i dont see epg in dcc
