Hi, im using 2,1 PLi on my DM8000 and have quite a few films on my HD, now i seem to be
getting a problem with films with DTS audio. I will just give out a high pitched noise and
make film well un watchable.

Anyone know how i can sort this? Don't really want to change image as this one
works just the way i want it to apart from this one problem

Thanks

Anyone before i go for another image?

I have the same problem. They are still not fixed. Last normal flash, which plays well DTS, dated March 2011. Since then, only worse. :(

Is there anything "a single user" could do in order to help solve this issue ?

Or is there a old flash file for DM8k available anywhere ?

Thank you very much.

DTS audio does not work on my dm800se either. Is that for the same reason? There is no sound at all when playing a movie with DTS audio. I have pli 3.0.

At least on DM800se you can make it work. Read: http://openpli.org/f...256#entry315256
Works nicely here.

I don't need DTS downmix as I have a receiver which can play DTS really nicely, I have read on many threads that it's related to gstreamer. But now there is another problem glib related which prevent seeking in mkv.

The seeking issue is solved now.... But to solve it you need to reflash...

Thanks littlesat !!!

A reflash isn't a problem with a good backup :)
