Hi boys i have problem with openpli 3.0 + vu+ ultimo + af9015 usb stick. I have downloaded the drivers from the plugins menu, but stick dont want to work. On openpli 2.1 with dm800 everything works fine.
what can i do now? the driver is not good in openpli 3.0 version?
BW on blachole it works...

Vu is using an older kernel... That could be a reason....

on dm800 it was working as well...
something is missing here i think... Blackhole has the same kernel (3.1.1) averything working fine but i want to use openpli...any suggetions?

Blackhole can backport as they support only VU as far I know...
DM800HD is on old 2.18.... that is running on OpenPli 2.1 on an old system for DVB-T....
Ask VU to adapt... we do not like special patches that are required for VU only.....

Ok so:

dvb-t usb works fine on windows....
there is something problem with the driver....or with something else. could any one from devepolers check this problem?

the driver is working for other af9015 devices (it makes no sense to remove it from the feed, just because it does not work with your particular af9015 device)

no, you're drawing the wrong conclusions.
Your usb dongle is not supported by the 3.1 af9015 driver, that's all.

I don't know, it has been at least 12 months since I last looked at the linux 3.1 source code
