Hi,

i think you have to insert this command:

sh /usr/bin/bbc_pmt_starter.sh

But first you may have to edit the file "bbc_pmt_starter.sh". -> long/short ... adapter?...demux?

regards,

örlgrey

HI,

I have a vu+duo2 and finally I made it work with mgcamd. But as I have a C-line I need to change when I zap from CCcam to mgcamd and the other way round. Many times this does not work fine.

So I want to use oscamymod. I tried for hours but did not make it work. Can someone tell me how to set up ? I have tried with version 52, and then with version 50 as I read it works for you. The version I have has openpli in the name, so seems to be the correct one, and installs to etc/tuxbox. In the config file I saw

[webif]

httpport = 16002

But when I write in browser the ip - adress of the box:16002 page is not found. Also, I renamed and changed the keyfile to every type of key with capital letters, small letters, **key *keys *Keys... all that I found. And I put them in /etc/tuxbox/config and in /etc/tuxbox/config/oscamymod and in /var/keys and os on.

Can someone help me?

regards

Harri

Hi Harri,

put the keys (oscam.keys) into /etc/tuxbox/config/.

Look at path of the oscam-binary. My binary was found in /usr/bin/cam/.

Then start the binary manually in a telnet-session.

But i don't know to autostart the binary.

Maybe someone can help us.

regards,

örlgrey

..by installing the plugins xmltvimport and xmltvimport-rytec.

But it serves only the television channels.

Do not install any IPK.

Just install regular Oscam from OpenPLi feed and replace its binary file with ymod binary (renamed to oscam.bin).

Also, not related to development at all. Perhaps time to move this thread to one of the support forums?

There are two ways, from memory (I have not used it yet, as I have no 27W now): short and long, they are explained quite a bit in this very thread.

Ergo, you are helped by them (and by me by sending you to the right place)... :)

Thanks to everyone. Seems that this was the issue. I got the Oscam in PM already renamed and it works. This thread is getting too big...my wife already tells me that I am configuring and trying much more than watching TV :-)

I've released dreamboxEDIT 6.0.0.0 today, PID cache data can now be edited directly with it (also the OpenPLi PID-cache format).
