hi, is anyone tried when HD channel add SD channel audio pid? Is it work? (my receiver software wont support HD channels aac audio).

So, I have done everything as described in #432.

Copied all the files from bbc_pmt_v5, Telnet opkg etc.

 

But, how can I update lamedb?

Copyinga new version with FTP doesn't seem to work, the old version is still there.

Can I backup the system, edit the lamedb and restore everything? How?

I have a Vu+ Ultimo. with latest OpenPli

you need to stop enigma2 while sending the new edited lamedb file . Telnet init 4, send the file and finally init 3.

-sh: /tmp/bbc_pmt.log: not found I'm using a amiko alien 2, the enigma2.sh is located in /usr/local/bin. it works great when i tenet : bbc_pmt_v5.py -t long -d /dev/dvb/adapter0/demux0 Any ideas?

you have a sh4 box so your E2 is a different type that could only work with telnet command
It's working!! Just had to add the path for enigma2_pre_start.sh in /etc/init.d/rcS

Sure! I have the three files in /usr/bin just like you guys and i've just added the line "/usr/bin/enigma_pre_starter.sh" in /etc/init.d/rcS. So at every start up rcS calls for the enigma_pre_starter script.

You are using a HDMU picture, is it? You know how to make this image OpenAR-P_OE2.0_215_29.06.2014_Lean_Mod-pixbox? The file / etc / init.d / rcS does not exist.

Hi all,

 

I am not sure if I will get chased off but,............... I have an Opticum AX Odin E2 which is loaded with their version of OpenPLi, so I am not sure if you folks can help as its not a kosher version and the box itself is not listed as supported on your site.

 

My problem is like a great many others, not enough knowledge about Linux and how to configure my box for Intelsat 907, so I am asking for some help to push me in the right direction.

I have read this post from the start and to say the least I am a bit lost, I have installed the files listed in the posts and put them in the correct places (I think) however still no joy in viewing anything from that sat.

Is there an Idiots guide / step by step that I can read to help me install all the correct packages? or am I going to have to change the image in the box?

It would indeed be very good if someone could implement doublet's script (the latest version 5) as an *.ipk.

Is there anyone who can do that, perhaps together with doublet?
