3) Open PLI from 28.09.14.

4) Files from bbc_pmt_v5.zip in usr/bin 755 attr.

5) dvbsnoop in in usr/bin 755 attr.

I have dark screen on BBC 27.5 W. PMT error...

How did you record it? If you put the box to standby, recording stopped because you can only record these channels if they are on.

Box in standby = no recording

 

It's making video file because the file size is OK. For e.g I've recorded 1 hour from BBC One, it's about 5 GB but I can't play it on computer. With VU+ Solo2 it plays a segment of the video, not the whole video.

Have you got a correct oscam.keys file? I use oscam y mod v 7.51, it's working with it.

 

Have you changed your lame.db?

your bbc pmt files are not correct for the Solo2.You need to edit the bbc_pmt_starter.sh this way.

Thanks for this great forum! I usually have very limited access to the forums because I never write something, well that's why I leave this message.

 

I have been interested getting the BBC 27.5 west working on a new 2014 new Sunray Clone DM800se, wifi, and with a BCM4505 tuner bought from dhgate.com.

Most of the BBC channels are working fine, although not all of them yet.  

 

This might others help getting the clone to work:

 

Use this nfi: OpenPLi-4.0-Sunray-SR4-sim2-ssl84d-full.nfi (OpenPLi 4.0 OE 2.0 Sunray sr4 triple tuner sim2 #ssl 84D backup by maumixio). This version has TSPanel.

 

After clean install, fix your network!

 

Afterwards start TSPanel, Addons, Linuxsat_support_Addons, Cams -OpenPLI, and install Oscam Ymod v18-t55. 

 

When ready start DCC 1.50 on your PC and run Telnet. Write: "Opkg install dvbsnoop" and install it.

 

See to it you have the bbc_pmt_v5.zip file and install the files into usr/bin using the FTP of DCC 1.50. I use the standard short and demux0 in bbc_pmt_starter.sh. Check if it is right, my box crashed when using demux3. All files installed got 755 attributes.

 

In etc/tuxbox/config/oscam-stable (all oscam files should go here) I only used the following files

 

oscam.conf

oscam.dvbapi

oscam.keys

oscam user

 

oscam.conf looks like this:

Restart the box and use oscam-ymod 

 

After installing all this I modified the lamedb (init4/init3) with all the information delivered from this forum.

Sadly I only got Parliament and 301 to work. 

 

I did a new channel search on 27.5 west and got all STANDARD settings back and got most BBC channels working

without any problem. Sound is fine, and subtitling is working. Recording I can't check, because I have no harddrive yet.

 

That's it, rock & roll. Please notice there is lots to improve here, but this is EXACTLY how I did it. Clone works.

ive sorted my problems with a littlwe help from andress66 .. 

 

problem was in enigma2 start file in the /usr/bin ...  i had to add the v5 into /bbc_pmt_v5.py ..

 

all working fine ...

and hours of hair pulling ...
