OpenPli and driver rt5370 problem

When installing the driver rt5370( rt5370sta_2.5_dm800-mipsel) on DM800 and connect wlan interface network settings will not be activated. Tuner restarts and hangs. What is the problem.

Probably the root cause is that the DM800 uses an ancient kernel that is so old that even compat-wireless doesn't support it any longer, combined with a USB interface that isn't really up to par to begin with.

I'd advise using an external ethernet-to-wifi bridge, until DMM gets their act together, wifi sticks on the dm800 are just an interesting way to get a headache.

but the image is ItalySat SVN76 made on openpli and rt5370 works there

Can add an image support rt5370

Can you make Fix load wifi on start enigma2 by analogy with image ItalySat Timeline SVN 076.
