Hello. Merry Christmas!

as I went to the openpli download feed,
I saw a new plugin called cjweblinks 2012-12-23.
I downloaded and installed it, but cannot see this plugin either on my plugin list or when I press the blue button on my et4000.
What kind of plugin is this?
Can anyone help me? Do I have to install weblinks first?
