Hello,
I have a cisco set top box inerited from my iptv provider. They closed the service and left me the set top box. It no longer works since excpects remote boot server.

The processor is Sigma Designs SMP8634LF, there are also 4 chips HY5DU561622FTP-D43 (256 mbits ddr ram each) and one chip 29LV800CBTI-70G (flash rom).
There is a hard disk ATA of 160 Gb.

Do you know whether I can install the openpli os and how should I perform this?

Btw, I was not able to find any reference in the web about cisco mk3210...

Many thanks!
FL

No, it is a closed box, made by Scientific Atlanta. And there is no OpenPLi for Sigma processors.

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.
