My DM500 remote control no longer function , now i cant watch the program. is there anyway i can get a replacement? i also downloaded the roomie remote from app store, but does not work, is there any setting guide for this? thanks in advance! please help. i am contactable via andy00389@hotmail.com

Ebay usually carries replacement (clone but work fine) remotes and are relatively cheap. Last one I bought (few years ago) was $10 including shipping from Thailand...
