Please explain in detail so I can understand why you want to have this options.
I think this is not very good thought about.
- DVB playing on 23/24/25/30 Hz?
- For MKV/avi it allready switch to right frequenz so why to set it for all video?
- Lot of TV's don't support all frequenz and like VU+ don't show the inputs good. So you can select values which are not support so which cause black screen and confusion.
