Is there a blindscan plugin for the 7020HD? I know the original DM image has it, but I cannot find it on the openpli image

You've seen that correctly. The latest licensing policy of DMM doesn't allow us to include it.
* Wavefrontier T90 with 28E/23E/19E/13E via SCR switches 2 x 2 x 6 user bands
I don't read PM -> if you have something to ask or to report, do it in the forum so others can benefit. I don't take freelance jobs.

And even when we could.... That stuff is closed source....dmm is not free and open as it was before....

Indeed... currently for some extra features on DMM boxes you are depended on the orriginal image... with probably a bit help from a blue pannel plugin...

So the best way to make blindscan searches is to install OE into a USB and boot it from there?

The browser... HbbTV and further I really do not know...
But I suggest when you want to buy a box with open software... currently DMM is not the best choice...
