oooo i nead help pleas canot update tsmedia 5.7 to 6.0 there is 5.8  5.9  6.0  6.1  6.2 i tried from tsmedia/ panel there stard download but no work ,then i tried from tsmedia library force instal  then i gat this mesage::

.opkg_instal_cmd:cannot instal package enigma2-plugins extensions-tsmedia-0e2.0 (

please help how to instal manualy or what to doo ????

I have received comments (complaints !) from users of XBMCAddons that tsmedia does not allow using  XBMCAddons. Why do you have this code in tsmedia plugin.py ?

What is the problem ?

First thanks pcd for your excellent work

TSmedia -xbmc parts based on your excellent work with modification for xbmc plugins and scripts modules to be compatible with gui of TSmedia,thats mean i have to do significant changes in xbmc plugins and script modules before using it in TSmedia

Now this statement in your usr/enigma2/python/xbmc.py directs the xbmc plugins in TSmedia to use the unmodified scripts in the path XBMCaddons/XBMC which resulted in dysfunction of the xbmc plugin in TSmedia 

 

scripts = "/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/XBMCAddons/XBMC"
for name in os.listdir(scripts):
       if "script." in name:
               fold = scripts + "/" + name + "/lib"
               sys.path.append(fold)

 

in any case i will search for other solution to remove this incompatibility between both and sure in next update i will remove this warning from XBMCaddons files from TSmedia

It is a small problem brother. I can change the line to :-

I do not think this help because i am using same name for scripts(script.modules..)

however the scripts i am using are limited and i think the solution will be to search for lines in the scripts containing (import xbmc or import xbmcaddons......) and convert to something like (import TSmedia.resources.libxbmc.xbmc .....) and this way i prevent the TSmedia xbmc scripts or TSmedia xbmc plugings from using  usr/enigma2/python/xbmc.py

Hi All..

 

Big Problem, hope some can help.

 

After flashing my DM800hdse with OpenPLi-4.0-beta-dm800se-20140422, and afterward installing enigma2-plugin-extensions-tsmedia-oe2.0_6.2_all.ipk. I get green screen/charsh when trying too restart. I also get green screen/chrash every time trying too run a movie. i can see  the new updates from 6.2 in tsmedia. But it tells me that i only have 5.7 on front screen of tsmedia. My box did the same with 5.8/5.9 6.1and so on.

 

Anybody who has an idea whats wrong.

TSmedia runs smoothly with opelpli4 ,check free space and upload here one of the /media/hdd crashlog

remove the the plugin by telnet

opkg remove  enigma2-plugin-extensions-tsmedia-oe2.0

and install again

opkg update && opkg install  http://www.tunisia-dreambox.info/dreambox-e2-addons-2/TSmedia/enigma2-plugin-extensions-tsmedia-oe2.0_6.2_all.ipk
