I am trying to do a multisat manual scan. I select the sats I want from the list then the positioner moves and starts scanning.
The problem is that the positioner doesn't finish moving before the box starts the scan, so the first transponders are always missing with no signal.
Is there an option to control this?

if I'm not mistaken, it's better to do a manual scan on multiple satellites - in this case the satellites will be processed sequentially, meaning that the disk doesn't have to move very much from satellite to satellite, so you won't have the problem of missing out the first scanned transponders.

As far i know the et9k cannot measure that....
A work a round could be to put a fixed delay of x seconds per degrees change that the start of the scan is withhold as soon the dish started to turn.
Someone who still has a turnable dish should implement and test that.

jeanclaude, the scan was manual, so the sats were sequentially scanned. The issue happens even in this case. Also if it locks to other sat while moving, the scan will be running and services from other sat come into the list.
I think I could add that delay by myself, but I don't know if this is the only solution we have now, to hardcode the number of seconds to delay.
